- Does partnering cost anything?
- No. Partnership is free. You refer, I close. The only thing I ask for is communication — if I text or email about your file, you respond. That's the whole contract.
- Can I still refer by phone or email if the portal isn't live yet?
- Absolutely. Text or email any time — (305) 492-2404 or [email protected]. The portal will be a convenience, never a requirement.
- How fast can you pre-qualify my buyer?
- Same day if we connect. I'll call your buyer within an hour of a warm handoff, and a full pre-qualification letter is typically ready within 24 hours once we have income and asset docs.
- Are you bilingual?
- Yes. Full fluency in English and Spanish. I handle the entire process — intake, disclosures, underwriting calls, closing — in whichever language your buyer prefers.
- What loan programs do you handle?
- Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, non-QM, DSCR, HELOC, and refinance. If your buyer fits a box, I have it. If they don't, I'll tell you quickly instead of wasting your timeline.
