Privacy Policy & TCPA Disclosures

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Site, reinierloans.com, is operated by JEAN GREY LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how JEAN GREY LLC and Reinier Cancio (NMLS #1615071), a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator operating through Bold Mortgage (NMLS #386834) — collectively, "we," "us," or "our" — collect, use, and protect information submitted through reinierloans.com (the "Site"). JEAN GREY LLC is the sender of the text messages described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a contact form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically: your name, email address, phone number, preferred loan type, and any additional details you share. We also automatically log basic technical information (browser, device, referring page, and timestamp) to protect the integrity of the form and to document consent records where applicable.

We do not collect sensitive financial information (such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers) through this website. If you move forward with a mortgage application, you will be directed to a secure lender portal operated by Bold Mortgage.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

3. TCPA & marketing communications consent

By submitting a form with the TCPA consent checkbox selected, you expressly authorize Reinier Cancio and Bold Mortgage to contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide — including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial voice, and prerecorded messages — with marketing, informational, and transactional communications related to mortgage products and services. This consent applies even if your number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list.

Consent is not a condition of obtaining any product or service. You may request mortgage information without providing this consent by calling us directly at (305) 492-2404.

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent or received. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry — typically 2–6 messages per month in response to a request, plus transactional updates tied to an active inquiry. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] for assistance.

SMS Terms & Conditions

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://reinierloans.com/privacy.

4. Mobile information & third-party sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude mobile opt-in data and consent records; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are used solely to deliver the text-message communications you requested and to maintain records required by federal and state law. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your phone number, SMS consent, or message content to any third party for their marketing purposes.

5. How to opt out

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time, at no cost. To opt out:

Opt-out requests are honored promptly. Transactional messages directly related to an active mortgage application may continue after a marketing opt-out to the extent permitted by law.

6. How we share your information

We may share the information you submit with Bold Mortgage and its authorized employees, loan processors, underwriters, and service providers strictly for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and processing any mortgage application you initiate. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.

7. Data retention

Inquiry records, consent records, and associated communications are retained for the period required by applicable federal and state law — typically a minimum of five (5) years for consent records under TCPA-related regulations and related mortgage recordkeeping rules. You may request deletion of information at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive information through any web form.

9. Cookies, analytics & advertising measurement

This website uses essential functional storage (for example, remembering your language preference), along with the analytics and advertising-measurement tools described below. These are not used on local or preview versions of the site.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and which contact options they use. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not send Google any name, email address, phone number, property address, or dollar figure you enter on this site.

OpenAI Ads measurement pixel. We advertise on ChatGPT, and we use OpenAI's measurement pixel to understand which ads lead to inquiries. When you arrive from one of our ads, OpenAI's software stores an attribution identifier in first-party cookies on this domain (__oppref and __obref) and records page views and inquiry events. Please note that this pixel includes a feature OpenAI calls automatic advanced matching, which is enabled by default and which we cannot disable through its configuration: when you submit a form on this site, it reads supported contact fields (such as email address, phone number, and name), converts them into irreversible SHA-256 hashes inside your browser, and sends those hashes — not the original values — to OpenAI to match your inquiry to an ad. We do not control OpenAI's use of that data; see OpenAI's own privacy policy.

Server-side conversion reporting. When you submit the foreclosure scenario form, our server also reports that an inquiry occurred to OpenAI. That report deliberately contains no name, email address, phone number, property address, or dollar figure. It contains the attribution identifiers described above, an event identifier, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, your country, and the property ZIP code you entered.

Opting out. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings, or use a content blocker or the browser's "do not track" or tracking-prevention features. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site, submit a form, or contact us. Nothing on this site sells personal information, and we do not use these tools to make any lending decision.

10. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you; the right to opt out of certain disclosures; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email [email protected].

11. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
